(October 4, 2021) / JNS) The Israeli airline El Al has announced that it will launch direct flights to Tokyo and Chicago starting in April 2022.
The airline wanted to start flights last year but the outbreak of the Corona virus delayed plans, the Israeli business daily reported Globes On Monday.
El Al plans to resume flights between Boston and Tel Aviv but will have competition from Delta Air Lines, which plans to reactivate its routes in May 2022.
A round trip ticket between Tel Aviv and Tokyo will cost around $ 963.57, according to the EL AL website. A similar ticket in May to Chicago will cost $ 970.24.
