Banks and Tower led the market up today, but Phoenix and OPC Energy went down.
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange rose today. The Tel Aviv 35 Index rose 0.61%, to 1,861.31 points; The Tel Aviv 125 Index rose 1.00% to 1,946.94 points; And the BlueTech Global Index rose 1.04% to 576.16 points. The All Bond corporate bond index decreased by 0.09% to 393.36 points. The turnover amounted to NIS 1.97 billion in shares and NIS 3.61 billion in bonds.
In the foreign exchange market, the Bank of Israel lowered the representative dollar rate by 0.760% from Friday, to NIS 3,134 / $, and the representative rate of the shekel-euro was set lower by 1.595% to NIS 3,627.
In the market, Airport City Ltd. (TASE:ARPT) Increased by 3.82% compared to the largest increase in the Tel Aviv 35 index today. National Bank (level:Worlds) Increased by 0.50% in today’s largest trading volume. Bank Hapoalim (level: POLI) Increased by 0.03%, Israel Discount Bank (level: DSCT) Rose 1.43% and Mizrahi Tefahot Bank (level:MZTF) Increased by 0.53%. Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (NASDAQ: TSEM; level:TSEM) Increased by 2.16% and Ormat Technologies Ltd. (Symbol: now; level: now) Increased by 1.23%. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Symbol: TEVA; level: TEVA) Increased by 0.60%.
OPC Energy (TASE: OPCE) fell 1.77% to the largest drop in the Tel Aviv 35 index today. Phoenix Israel Ltd. (level:PHOE1; PHOE5) Decreased by 1.05% and Opko Health Inc. (NYSE: OPK; TASE: OPK) Decreased by 1.35%.
