Tel Aviv receives a new luxury hotel. David Kempinski Tel Aviv will open in February 2022, the global hotel chain said on Wednesday.

Located over 34 floors in a beachfront skyscraper built by Fagin Architects in the interior design of Ara Design, a 250-room hotel and suites will be located on Hayarkon Street along the Mediterranean promenade, adjacent to Tel Aviv Beach and Trumpeldor. the coast.

Kempinski Hotels, established 125 years ago, is the oldest luxury hotel group in Europe, with 80 locations around the world. This will be its first hotel in Israel.

In addition to the new entertainment and culinary offerings, the hotel will include a full-service spa with 11 treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, a sauna and a relaxation area. Manicure, pedicure and hairdressing sessions are also offered.

The hotel’s meeting and event space can accommodate up to 500 guests, offering venues for weddings, large conferences, business meetings and holiday celebrations.

Highlights of the hotel include 56 luxurious suites, including a triplex penthouse suite spanning more than 4,000 square feet (372 sqm), with a 1,200 square foot (111 sqm) roof terrace and an infinity pool that melts into shore line.

Guests of the hotel’s 14 leading suites will have exclusive access to the 34th-floor outdoor lounge, with a private rooftop pool, a relaxation area with sun beds and pavilions, and a full-service restaurant and bar. At night, the 34th-floor lounge will also become a nightclub.

The hotel will feature five dining options spread across several floors of the property, each with its own unique atmosphere and design. Among them is Sereia & Lounge, a high-end kosher fish restaurant. The hotel’s infinity pool terrace will feature a full – day menu and bar, while lobby entertainment will offer a two – in – one concept with The Common Bar, the Cohiba Atmosphere cigar bar and the first House of Macallan whiskey bar in Israel.

Each of the 250 guest rooms and suites at the David Kempinski Hotel in Tel Aviv offers views of the Mediterranean Sea, with sliding glass doors. Room rates start at $ 550 a night, the hotel said.

“Our goal is to create a warm community and become a home base in Tel Aviv for families visiting Israel,” said Guy Kleiman, the hotel’s CEO.
