Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Emirates announced today that it will launch a non-stop daily flight between Dubai and Tel Aviv, Israel, starting December 6.
The move comes as the UAE and Israel continue to develop greater economic cooperation to drive growth in a variety of sectors, in addition to increasing trade flows between the two countries. With the new daily flights, Israeli travelers will be able to connect safely, smoothly and efficiently to Dubai, and via Dubai to Emirates’ global route network of more than 120 destinations. Flight times to / from Tel Aviv will offer travelers easy access to major leisure destinations beyond Dubai such as Thailand, the Indian Ocean Islands and South Africa, among others.
Moreover, the new flights feature convenient inbound links to Tel Aviv from close to 30 Emirates ports across Australia, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, India and South Africa, all home to some of the largest Jewish communities in the world. Travelers from the United States who wish to stop in Dubai before embarking on a follow-up trip to Tel Aviv can take advantage of the Dubai Stop Over package, which includes world-class hotel stays, tours and other activities.
Dubai also continues to attract leisure travelers from Israel with its expanding list of experiences, including hosting Expo 2020 Dubai which drew more than 2 million visits in its first month. Israel participates in the Dubai 2020 Expo with its own country pavilion under the theme ‘Connecting Thoughts – Creating the Future ‘.
Emirates’ new flights will also strengthen ties with business communities in the two countries, creating new channels for the network and creating inter-industry investment opportunities. With the opening of visa-free travel between the two countries and the easing of restrictions throughout the Emirates network, the new services will meet the future demand for travel in and from Tel Aviv.
The airline will deploy its modern Boeing 777-300ER in a three-class configuration, and will offer first-class private suites, business-class flat seats and spacious economy-class seats to serve customers on the line between Dubai and Tel Aviv. Daily flights are scheduled to depart from Dubai as EK931 at 14:50, and arrive at Ben Gurion Airport at 16:25 local time. The return flight EK 932 will depart from Tel Aviv at 18:25, and will arrive in Dubai at 23:25 local time.
Emirates customers will also benefit from the airline’s codeshare partnership with flydubai. The codeshare provides passengers with short and smooth connectivity from Dubai to points across the combined networks of the two providers, which today consists of 210 destinations in 100 countries.

In addition to passenger activity, Emirates SkyCargo will offer a cargo capacity of 20 tons in each direction between Dubai and Tel Aviv on the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to support the export of pharmaceuticals, high-tech products, vegetables and other consumables from Tel Aviv. The flights are also expected to bring to Israel raw materials and components for production, semiconductors and e-commerce packages.
Travelers to and from Israel can expect to experience Emirates’ award-winning service and industry-leading products in the air and ground in all departments, with regional-inspired dishes and free drinks, as well as the option of kosher meals on board.
